The Brief
FORVIA wanted to document and showcase Horizon Days, a key event that brought together its partners around the group's innovations and commitments in addressing climate change. The event spanned three days filled with conferences, demonstrations, and exchanges among managers, suppliers, and sustainability experts.
Our Involvement
We captured the energy and expertise of these three days through an immersive video, in-depth interviews, and dynamic street interviews, providing a comprehensive view of the event. With each day dedicated to a key theme (Managers, Suppliers, Sustainability), our narrative followed this guiding thread to structure the message.
Technical Specifics
With an accelerated post-production process completed in just two weeks, we delivered all formats in record time, ensuring that FORVIA enjoyed smooth and impactful communication.
Distribution and Adaptations
All content was tailored for various internal and external distribution channels with formats adapted accordingly:
- Event Recap Video – 3 min (16:9, 19:9)
- Employee Interviews – 3 x 4 min
- Street Interviews – 1 min 30 sec (16:9 and 4:5, with social media styling)
- Photo Capture – 300 photos per day over three days, covering every Forvia exhibition
